This is an open source software, anyone can use it 100% free. All you need is a domain name and web hosting.

That’s why it’s also known as self-hosted WordPress.

Let’s go ahead and purchase domain name + hosting account for your blog.

On the next screen, select the hosting plan according to your need.

I will recommend you to select the Basic plan as a starter.

According to need, you can upgrade your hosting plan at any time.

On the next page, You have to register your new domain name. which will be your blog address, like (tutoxp.com).

It’s free with your web hosting plan.

Click on Next button.

Now on the next page,

Lastly, you will need to fill your account information.

After filling account information finalize the package information to complete the process.

Select your account plan cycle period according to your budget.

you will also see optional extras services under package information which you can add to your web hosting plan.

But I think it’s not necessary right now. So, unchecked all the optional services boxes.

You can make payment by credit card or PayPal by click on More payment options

After completing the process, you will receive an email with details on how to login to your web hosting control panel (cPanel).

Cpanel is main control panel of your website from where you can manage everything.

Now, It’s time to install WordPress on your website.

How To Install WordPress?

To install WordPress follow the given instructions below.

1. ​​​​Login to your
Bluehost Cpanel account

2. ​​​​Click on Install WordPress under the Website section.

3. Click on Install button.

On the next screen, you will be asked to select your domain name. Choose the domain from the drop-down and then click Next.

After that, you have to enter your Site Name, username, and a password for your site. You also need to check all the check-boxes and then click Install.

WordPress installation process will start. The marketplace will prompt you to browse WordPress themes, during WordPress installation.

But you no need to do that right now. We will tell you setting up WordPress with cool plugins and themes in next steps.

After finishing the installation, you will see the installation complete notificatio​​​​n in the top header bar.

Click on that notification link to see the WordPress login URL, username, and password.

Your WordPress login URL will look like this:

http://example.com/wp-admin

Go to this URL and login to your WordPress dashboard
